Under the One Time plan we will require a $30.00 flat rate deposit before service.

• We will fix your problem but in the event that we cannot resolve your issue (98.0% resolution success to date) we'll refund your money same day. If we take less time than the flat rate deposit amount to fix your problem, we still retain the minimum flat rate which translates to 30 Minutes ($1.00 a minute). If we exceed the deposit amount, payment for the balance of our time in excess will be due upon receipt of invoice. We'll also provide you with a thorough virus and spyware scan (including removal), get and install updates from Windows, even update your hardware drivers with our account at Driver-Agent.com. We'll also check your BIOS version to make sure it's up to date and give you a basic heads up on your current system and network status at no extra charge.

Under the Full Time plan there are three types of packages.

• Our Monthly package. Costs $30.00 CAD (package is paid 3 months in advance $30.00X3=$90.00)
• Our By Yearly package. Costs $25.00 CAD a month (package is paid 6 months in advance $25.00X6=$150.00)
• Our Yearly package. Costs $20.00 CAD a month (package is paid 12 months in advance $20.00X12=$240.00)

Clients with Full Time accounts will receive our state of the art IT kit;

• Valued at $1,500 CAD consisting of 7 CD/DVD's packed with testing software and programs that we run from our computers (minimal client interaction required). You also get a serial, usb, audio and parallel loopback connector set. You'll receive a Free Agent 160Gig external USB hard drive for backups, a 7 port Zonet external USB 2.0 card giving you extra USB ports as we need three for full time maintenance. Equipment must be purchased, please call for details.
• Hours of labor to bring your system up to speed. (usually takes 48 to 72 hours of on and off remote time to setup and complete your first full maintenance session!)
• Our Bootable CD-R Rescue Disk to restore your image file backups in the event of a major catastrophe.
• You will receive a ton of paid for software that will be installed on your computer for continuous maintenance purposes. One RemotelyAnywhere standard computer license is $99.00 US, server license is $199.00 and the list goes on. MANAGEMELIVE.COM pays for these professional software licenses and yearly maintenance subscriptions to serve you better.
• Instant service at the rate of your plan (If you need support other than our series of monthly scheduled maintenance procedures you will be billed at the rate of $10.00 per half hour if you paid for a Yearly package in advance with us)

After payment is received/cleared and you receive your kit, we will do the following once a month (except re-installing RemotelyAnywhere and performing a complete image file backup) ;

• Schedule a session at off peak hours (times you don't use your computer as many of our tests require full computer resources)
• Acquire your IP address and then setup our remote desktop software/connection.
• Perform a complete image file backup to the 160 Gig drive using Acronis True Image before we commence adding, optimizing, troubleshooting and maintaining your system. We will then set scheduling for daily incremental backups and you will be able to completely restore your drive in the event of a major catastrophe such as hard drive failure onto a new drive.
• Create a complete report of your current hardware and Windows settings.
• Perform a Virus & Spyware Scan + removal using our account with Panda's Active Scan Pro.
• Perform a Windows, BIOS, Hardware Driver (using our account with Driver-Agent.com), Firewall & Antivirus update. (we hope you have firewall/antivirus protection, this is a must! If not, we will install Zone Alarm Security Suite, the best on the market and the one we recommend the most! Fees for Zone Alarm's service will apply after a 15 day trial and are paid directly to them)
• Perform a series of settings changes within Windows (IE explore, explorer, network, wireless network, services, msconfig etc.) and the registry to bring your system up to speed in every sense of the word
• Perform a deep cleaning of temp folders, internet and other related areas using R-Wipe and Clean, Registry Wizard and other programs. Then we'll optimize with high end programs such as Ultimate Defrag, Memory Zipper Plus, Advanced System Optimizer and many more tweaking programs.
• Perform a complete battery of tests on your systems hardware under Windows using Eurosofts QA+ Wins32 Windows based software (loopback plugs provided by us will need to be installed by the client, it's as easy as 1,2,3! A battery of Windows independent tests under DOS using Eurosoft's PC-Check can be performed as well and will depend on the results within the Windows based testing. This will include transferring DNS, your current site, MySQL DB and install scripts that you had before. (Some other fees may apply depending on the quantity of scripts and DB's you have). We will need all of the login info to your existing provider, DNS etc. to perform the aforementioned.

Site optimization and search engine positioning is an art in itself. We can get you listed and well ranked but this service takes time to show results and they're not guaranteed. We can guarantee that we will do what is humanly possible to get you there and provide you with detailed monthly reports on progress. We only charge $35.00 a month for this service.
